Dear Readers,
I know that I have talked about how stressful my classes are in previous posts so I will just focus on how I try to keep the stress level down. The simple answer: I run across the Ben Franklin Bridge to Philadelphia.

I have only been doing this for a couple of months now, but I love the feeling of running from New Jersey to Pennsylvania. Once I get to Philly, I just sit there and cool down while admiring the skyline that shines bright in the night. On my way back to Camden, I stop at the half way point and just look out onto the Delaware River and think about life. I think about the fact that my problems are really insignificant in comparison to the whole world and also that I have a great life compared with people in other parts of the world. These thoughts keep my stress level down and allow me to calm down and enjoy life. It allows me to reflect on the week that I just had and prepare for the next week.
My one friend said that when you look out the window of my dorm and see Camden and Philly, it really gives you a good perspective on life. My roommates and I just laughed at this statement and thought that he was high at the time. However, I can definitely see his point, when you look at a couple of big cities you really feel fortunate that you live the life that you live currently.
Anyway, I hope that you had a great day, see you tomorrow!
