2/3/2017 | A Blogpost Everyday | Sprinting the Delaware

Dear Readers,

I am really tired yet again and I forgot to post to the blog earlier in the day. So, this post is going to be anther short but sweet one. I ran across the bridge again tonight (which is most likely why I am so tired) and I almost lost my phone in the Delaware River. Let me explain. So, I was running back from Philly to Camden and I was feeling great. I was feeling so great in fact, that I started to sprint the last couple tenths of a mile back to Camden. As I was sprinting though, I did not realize that my jacket pocket (where I keep my phone) was open. When I started to sprint my phone fell right out of the pocket and landed on my foot in mid-stride. Yes, I was in mid-stride when my phone landed on my foot. My phone got kicked by my foot and luckily just went straight and did not turn to go off the bridge. I picked up my phone and it was not damaged at all. Although the case on the phone was damaged, the phone itself was not.

Moral of the story, make sure that you always keep your valuables in a zipped up pocket when you sprint down a bridge. Anyway, I hope that you all had a great day, I will see you tomorrow!
