Dear Readers,
Were you ever on a sports team that started off 0-8 and had a shot for the championship by the end of the season? Well, that is exactly what my bowling team is doing this season.
We started off 0-8 in the first two matches of the season and we got into third place: just the points under first place! Our record, upon writing this, is 20-16. I am bowling more consistently as well; I still only average 160, but I’m doing so in a consistent way. I no longer have the occasional bad game under 130.
I think that this is the year that my team wins the championship! We only been in the league for three years and we got to the championship last season. I hope my team can pull though!
