If I don’t get a solid six hours of sleep each night, I will be extremely tired throughout the day. The amount of sleep that I procure affects me energy level as well as my confidence level. I have studied my sleep habits throughout a month and realized that if I get less than the six hours of sleep per night, I feel terrible the next day. If I get exactly six hours of sleep, I have a lot of confidence and energy throughout the day. If I get more than six hours of sleep (rarely happens except on the weekends), I wake up feeling extremely refreshed and have an excessive amount of energy. In conclusion, if you can get six or more hours of sleep, do it. In the words of Shia Labeouf: JUST DO IT!
