I have always been a little over weight my entire life and I never fully understood why I couldn’t get it under control. I have tried exercising everyday and watching what I eat on a daily basis. This generally stopped me from gaining weight but never enabled me to lose weight. My theory is that with all of the exercises that I do, I am losing the fat and gaining muscle. This makes sense because I am essentially not changing my weight at all but transferring the weight from fat to muscle.
